We do our best to keep our costs to an absolute minimum; however as this is a private service it is important to be aware of what funding and payment options are available.  These may be through DVA (no fees incurred by eligible DVA card holders), Medicare Chronic Disease Management (gap funding needed), care packages.

Occupational Therapy	per hour	$200 (minimum $50)
Travel Fees	From $30	$30 for home visits less than 30km return from Antares avenue, Sale, 3850 >30km return, $1.00 per km based from Antares Avenue, Sale, 3850
Cancellation Fee	From $50	$50 cancellation fee applies if not advised before 8:30am on the day of service. Full travel fees apply if these have been incurred by the therapist.
Documentation Fee	$75 per 30 mins	Includes requested letters, application forms, reports, phone liaison with stake holders or clients.  Typical basic report 30 minutes,  home modifications at least 1 hour.

GST not included, may be applicable for some services (eg travel)
